Neighbor Jones from various series (mostly from Carl Barks comics) (in Finnish Teppo Tulppu) Okay, he isn't villain, but he's still rival of Donald Duck and also his next-door-neighbor. It isn't easy to be hothead's neighbor, if you also happen to be hot-tempered. But most of the time it's Jones, who starts the fights by boasting to Donald or taking something, which belongs to his "dear neighbor".
